State Street, a five block commercial historic district, offers shopping, dining, local breweries, and much more! The Birthplace of Country Music Museum and the new Hard Rock Casino are minutes away. Several parks and walkways are close by for you to enjoy as well. Our home is in a residential neighborhood, therefore we expect our guests to keep the noise down, especially after hours.

Guests will have full access to the entire home. The only exceptions are the two locked owner's closets, storage shed, and crawl space.

Our professional cleaning team uses family- and pet-friendly cleaning products, and the hot tub is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and maintained between guest stays and throughout the year. The cleaning fee covers both professional house cleaning and hot tub servicing to ensure a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. Scheduled Property Maintenance To keep the property in excellent condition, routine maintenance may occur during your stay: Lawn Care * Typically performed on Tuesdays (no backyard access required) Hot Tub Service * Performed Friday mornings by a licensed technician * Requires access through the backyard gate * You will be notified before arrival Thank you for your understanding as we complete these routine services. ID Verification As part of our standard guest screening process, ID verification may be required after booking.
Other Details to Note
PETS: We have a two-dog maximum. Please escort your leashed dogs out to the front or side lawns to do their business and clean up after them. Doggy doo bags are provided in the doggy basket in the back foyer and outside by the trash can. Sorry, no cats or any other pets allowed. To ensure the safety and comfort of your dog(s) and our property, we kindly ask that you crate your pet(s) when leaving them unattended in the home, unless absolutely certain your dog(s) will not cause any damage. There is one medium sized crate provided for your convenience. SMOKING: This is a completely smoke-free property (including vaping, cigar, and cannabis); no smoking is allowed inside or on the decks, porch, or hot tub area, and a $500 smoke-remediation fee may be assessed if evidence of smoking is found. NO PARTIES: Out of respect for our neighbors, large parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden, and are prohibited by the homeowners insurance policy. There will be zero tolerance, and evidence of a party will result in immediate eviction from the property and termination of the booking without refund. Every guest who is present on the property must be included in the original booking. There are to be no additional guests allowed on the property on an overnight basis. If additional overnight guests are detected there will be a $100 fee assessed per person per night. MAINTENANCE: Routine maintenance to include lawn care and hot tub maintenance are scheduled weekly. Days and times are noted in the property description. Renter acknowledges that these services may be performed during their stay. Only hot tub maintenance will require access to the enclosed backyard area and the technician will make renter aware of their arrival. SUPPLIES: While starter supplies of Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Laundry and Dishwasher Pods, Dish Soap, and Coffee Pods are provided, you will need to supply those items for yourself once they are depleted.
